Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A £250 deposit is required to secure the room. The deposit amount and refund terms are set out in the tenancy agreement. If a cancellation is made within the applicable 14-day cooling-off period, the deposit will be refunded, less any non-refundable reservation fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 is payable when the student signs the tenancy agreement. The security deposit will be refunded after the student moves out, subject to there being no damage to the room or other applicable deductions.
Pay In Instalment
Students may pay their rent in monthly instalments. Rent may also be paid in full for the tenancy year. Alternative payment plans may be considered upon student request. Instalments are payable on the dates specified in the Tenancy Agreement. A £25 administration charge per week may be applied for late payments until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Guarantor Requirement
Students are generally required to provide a UK-based guarantor. If a student does not have a UK-based guarantor, they may use an approved guarantor service.
