Rent must be paid in cleared funds via the Online Transfer. Rent is payable on the due date without any further demand.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor is required to guarantee the tenant's obligations under the tenancy agreement. The guarantor must ensure the tenant pays rent on time and complies with all terms of the tenancy agreement. If the tenant defaults, the guarantor must pay the outstanding rent and fulfil the tenant's obligations upon demand. The guarantor is liable for the landlord's losses, costs, damages, expenses, and applicable interest arising from the tenant's default. The guarantor's obligations continue until the tenant has fully satisfied and been released from all obligations under the tenancy agreement.
