The team is extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in much later than the required normal check-in times due to my flights, so this was a big plus. The staff here are all great and they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable (Shout out to Tsuriel who helped me when I lost my key). I also took advantage of the location as it's really close to the city you can walk or tram to uni and places for food and activities. My room was very clean and very comfortable, definitely recommend Village Melbourne City if you're looking for good student accommodation.
