A security deposit of £250 is required and must be paid by 11 September. Room keys will not be issued until the security deposit and the first instalment have been received. The security deposit is held as security against unpaid accommodation fees, damage, cleaning charges, replacement of missing items or keys, and other breaches of the tenancy agreement.
A £50 administration fee applies for an approved room change.
Credit card and debit card payments are accepted through the property's online card payment portal. Payments can be made via Flywire using Open Banking, bank transfers, Alipay, and international PayPal. Direct bank transfer payments can be made using Easy Transfer, local bank transfer, and Net Banking.
Accommodation fees may be paid in 3 instalments on the dates specified in the Tenant Residence Agreement. Alternatively, tenants may pay the full accommodation fees by the first instalment due date. Number of instalments: 3 Instalment 1: Due on 18 September 2026. Instalment 2: Due on 13 January 2027. Instalment 3: Due on 28 April 2027.
