Upon acceptance, all rent and deposit payments will be refunded in full.
  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    A replacement tenant may be identified by either the tenant or the landlord before the tenancy starts. The landlord has complete discretion to approve or reject the proposed replacement tenant. The replacement tenant must enter into a tenancy agreement acceptable to the landlord. The outgoing tenant must pay all sums due before the replacement takes effect. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
  • Deferring Studies
    If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment.
