You can arrive on your check in date, and if you’re likely to move in after your check in date, they ask that you let them know, so that they can make sure you receive the full property welcome when you do move in.
Arriving on the day? They’ll give you a time slot to help you avoid traffic and make sure your check in experience is as seamless as possible.
Driving? They recommend checking out the area beforehand and making sure you know where to park. Coming in by train or plane? Book your taxi in advance if you can or ask your accommodation manager to do it for you.
